Our approach

Recovery PhotoGraph is developed and sold by Cardinate Consulting LLC. The application is designed to scan and process storage media locally on your Mac. The photos, videos, and other recovered files found during a scan are not uploaded to Cardinate Consulting LLC.

Website data

This website is a static product website. We do not currently use advertising trackers or behavioral analytics. Our hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and security events, to deliver and protect the website.

Purchases and recovery passes

When sales open, checkout and recovery-pass fulfillment will be provided by a third-party merchant of record. That provider will process the contact, transaction, tax, and payment information needed to complete your purchase. Recovery PhotoGraph may contact the pass service to activate or validate a purchase for a specific SD card; those requests may include a pass identifier, a non-content card fingerprint, and technical request information. Photos, videos, and recovered-file contents are not included. This policy will be updated with the provider’s identity before sales begin.

Support

If you contact support, we process the information you choose to send so we can respond and troubleshoot. Please do not send recovered private files unless support specifically asks for a safe test file and you are comfortable sharing it.

Retention and your choices

Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, and legal recordkeeping. Purchase records are retained according to the merchant of record’s legal obligations. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information controlled by Cardinate Consulting LLC, subject to legal retention requirements.
