Recovery PhotoGraph is preparing for its first public macOS release. It is made exclusively for Mac; there is no Windows version. For product, recovery-pass, or accessibility questions, email support@retrieve.photos.
Before scanning
- Stop using the card or drive as soon as you notice files are missing.
- Connect the media directly to your Mac when possible.
- Plan to export recovered files to a different drive.
- Recovery PhotoGraph requests administrator authorization so it can read connected storage media at the disk level.
Include with a support request
Tell us your macOS version, Mac model, storage-media type, capacity, camera model if relevant, and what happened before the files became unavailable. Do not attach private recovered files or send passwords, recovery-pass identifiers, or payment-card details.
System requirements
Mac only. Requires macOS 15 or later. The first release is being prepared for Apple silicon and Intel-based Macs.
