Refund Policy

Preview before you purchase

Recovery results vary by SD card. Recovery PhotoGraph lets you scan your card and preview the files it finds before purchasing a recovery pass. This gives you the opportunity to confirm that useful files are visible before paying to export them.

Refunds are generally not offered

Because recovery results can be reviewed before purchase and a recovery pass delivers immediate digital access to export from the associated card, purchases are generally final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs the recovered files, expected additional files beyond those shown in the preview, or purchased a pass without reviewing the available preview.

Unresolved technical issues

We will consider a refund when a legitimate technical problem prevents an activated recovery pass from exporting the files shown in the preview and our support team cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time. Contact support@retrieve.photos with your purchase email, order number, macOS version, Mac model, and a description of the issue. Never send payment-card information or private recovered files.

Fraud, abuse, and legal rights

Refunds will not be provided for fraudulent or abusive requests, attempts to bypass recovery-pass controls, or issues caused by continued use, failure, removal, reformatting, or alteration of the SD card after preview. Nothing in this policy limits refund or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
