Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Recovery PhotoGraph website and, once released, the Recovery PhotoGraph macOS application provided by Cardinate Consulting LLC.

Permitted use

You may use Recovery PhotoGraph only on storage media and files that you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, computer-access, copyright, and data-protection laws.

Recovery limitations

Data recovery is inherently uncertain. Results depend on the condition and prior use of the storage medium, including whether lost data has been overwritten. Recovery PhotoGraph does not guarantee that any particular file will be found, complete, uncorrupted, or usable. Stop writing to affected media and export recovered files to a different device.

Recovery passes

Scanning and previewing are available without purchase. A recovery pass grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to export files recovered from the specific SD card associated with that pass. A different SD card requires a separate pass. A pass is not a lifetime or unlimited-device license. You may re-scan the associated card and export additional files while the pass remains valid. You may not resell passes, bypass purchase controls, reverse engineer the application except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use it to access data without authorization.

Updates and availability

We may improve, update, or discontinue features. System requirements and supported formats may change. We aim to provide accurate product information but may correct errors in website or checkout information.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the software is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or successful recovery. Cardinate Consulting LLC is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
